In order to make your stay as pleasant as possible and for all guests to be able to stay at our hotel in a safe and comfortable environment, we request your cooperation in observing the following as an agreement between you, the guest and Kenaki Lodge.
In addition to this, a copy of these rules and regulations is also available in all rooms in case of further queries.
The prices of the rooms and bungalows include optional daily cleaning.
The hotel reserves the right to enter guests' rooms in their absence for emergency cleaning and maintenance. If you prefer otherwise, let us know at reception.
In no case will the hotel be responsible for belongings and valuables left in the room or on the premises. Please use the security box provided.
For security reasons, the alarm in the bungalows has to be on when you are away.
Breakfast is served between 7:30 a.m. and 9:00 a.m.
Room rates are available with or without breakfast. Extra breakfast: $10.00 USD per adult and $5.00 USD per child from 6 to 10 years old (13% taxes not included). Coffee, tea or chocolate, fresh juice, fruits, bread with butter and jam, eggs, gallo pinto.
Each additional bed: $20.00 USD per adult and $10.00 USD per child (from 6 to 10 years old).Taxes: 13% (not included).
Up to 5 years old, children do not pay. We can provide you with a cot for free.
Laundry services are available at an additional cost of $5.00 USD/washer and $5.00 USD per dryer (plus 13% tax). We do not separate colors and will not be responsible for any damaged or missing items.
Check-in time is from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Check out time is before 11:00 hrs. Late check out is possible at a cost of $20 USD per room and based on availability, and will be no later than 1:00 p.m. Full room rate will be charged after this time.
Luggage storage available free of charge. The hotel reserves the right to refuse storage of luggage if it is not during the time or immediately after the time of stay of the guest. Baggage is stored at the guest's sole risk of loss or damage.
Guests must identify themselves with a government-issued photo ID. Official documents include passport/ID.
Minors are not accepted without the authority of a parent or legal guardian.
We reserve the right to remove guests' belongings from the room if the check-out time is not respected.
Guests must indicate the length of their stay during check-in or when extending the reservation. If you don't, the hotel will assume it's for that night only.
Payment is always in advance. If the payment to extend the stay is not made before the departure time, we understand that the room is free and we reserve the right to assign it to other guests.
The hotel reserves the right to retain guests' luggage and belongings in the event of non-payment.
Lost keys will be charged $10.00 USD. Lost alarm control will be charged $20.00 USD.
Missing towels will be charged $10.00 USD, damaged sheets will be charged $20.00 USD.
Smoking is not allowed in the room or in the common areas and is only allowed in the garden.
Alcoholic beverages from outside are not allowed in the hotel. The consumption of any type of drug is strictly prohibited.
Unauthorized guests are not allowed in the rooms.
We do not allow pets.
Be considerate of other guests. Quiet hours are from 9:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
We provide you with a shower in the parking area to rinse off the sand from the beach.
To secure your reservation, you will be asked to make a deposit equal to 50% of the total stay.
All reservations made between December 20 and January 2 are prepaid.
The same policy applies to reservations made during Easter.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
We are a small hotel and any changes to an existing reservation will have an effect on the reservation of other potential guests who wish to stay with us. For this reason, you will be fully or partially financially responsible (see below) for any changes to your reservation, late arrival (next day), no-shows or early departures.

By signing the registration form, you agree to the above rules and regulations and authorize Kenaki Lodge to charge your credit card for any outstanding balance or damages.
